The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services. PSS offers federal agencies access to more than 3,300 experienced contractors who provide a range of commercial professional services at discounted and competitive prices.
Sabel Systems has qualified for Special Item Numbers (SINS) 874-1 and 874-1RC which are in the area of Business Consulting Services.
Business Consulting Services include consulting, facilitation, quality assurance, analysis, strategy formulation, advisory and assistance, research, and training to acquisition and program support.

SeaPort-e
SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands, the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
Sabel Systems was recently awarded a prime contract under the Naval Sea System Commands Seaport-e Multiple Award Contract (MAC) in all 22 functional areas, and across all 7 zones. Sabel provides the following key capabilities to our customers:
